2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

    •    The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

    •    All original packaging and tags must be intact.

    •    The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Items that cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons:

    •    Swimwear

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

    1.    Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    2.    Include clear photos of the product and packaging.

    3.    Once approved, we will arrange an exchange or refund.

 

Temone Boutique will cover return courier fees only when the item is defective or incorrect.

 

4. Return Shipping Fees

If the item is being returned for any reason other than defects or incorrect delivery, the customer is responsible for the courier return cost.

 

We do not accept walk-in returns.

 

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

    •    Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

    •    Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

    •    Delivery fees are non-refundable.

 

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
