We strive to ensure that all product details, images, and pricing are accurate. However, product quantities are limited and may sell out. Items in your cart are not reserved until payment is

confirmed.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. If a pricing error occurs, we may contact you to confirm or cancel your order.

4. Orders & Payment

• Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

• Payments are securely facilitated by our third-party payment service providers.

• We do not store or have access to your card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines vary by location.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring delivery address accuracy.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable.

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Return courier fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective.

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed once returned items are inspected and approved. Funds may take 7–14

business days to reflect.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is processed under our POPIA-compliant Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images and logos, is owned by Temone Boutique and may not be used without permission.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
